Delivery & pickup
Where is your showroom?
Our showroom is at 16, Level 1, Jalan Selampit 21, Taman Klang Jaya, 41200 Klang, Selangor. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Do you deliver outside Selangor?
Please WhatsApp us with your delivery location and quantity, and our team will confirm delivery options and charges for your order.
Ordering
How do I get a price?
Tap any WhatsApp button on the website — the message is pre-filled with the product you are looking at. For larger quantities, use the bulk order page to send us your full list.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Add products to your quote list and send it to us by form or WhatsApp, including your quantity and delivery location. Our team will reply with pricing for your order.
Do you supply other packaging materials?
Yes. IAM Worldwide Sdn Bhd is a one-stop packaging supplier — carton boxes, mailer boxes, tape, courier bags, air waybills, air column bags, bubble mailers and more. Visit About us for the full range.
Do I pay through this website?
No. This website is for information and enquiries only. There is no shopping cart, no checkout and no payment gateway, and we never collect card, online banking or e-wallet details here. Once an order is confirmed, payment is arranged separately through our normal business channels.
Will you use my contact details for marketing?
We may contact you about our own products, prices and promotions related to what you enquired about. We never sell or pass your details to other companies, and you can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.
Products
What is bubble wrap used for?
Bubble wrap is a plastic film with trapped air bubbles that cushions items against impact, scratches and damage during storage and transportation. It is used to wrap fragile goods, protect surfaces and fill gaps inside cartons.
What is the difference between single layer and double layer bubble wrap?
Single layer is our lowest-cost bubble wrap, for lightweight cushioning and surface protection in general packing. Double layer gives superior cushioning and shock absorption for fragile and higher-value products. See our single vs double layer guide.
What sizes of bubble wrap do you supply?
All our rolls are 100 m long. Transparent single layer comes in 0.2 m, 0.25 m, 0.33 m, 0.5 m and 1 m widths (the 1 m roll in Standard 4.5 kg or Premium 5 kg). Transparent double layer comes in 0.25 m, 0.33 m, 0.5 m and 1 m. Black bubble wrap is 1 m × 100 m in single or double layer.
When should I use black bubble wrap?
Use black bubble wrap when the contents should stay out of sight. The opaque black design conceals what is inside, which makes it suitable for confidential, high-value and e-commerce shipments, while still cushioning against impact, scratches and damage.
